Welcome to the web site of Christian Earl Eaby.
If you need more information, please call our office. Consultations in personal injury cases are free, either in the office or by phone.
Click on the newsletter button to the left and you will be taken to my information page that will provide information on auto insurance coverage, the differences between full and limited tort, and information about uninsured motorists coverage. You need this information to make the right choice when you insure your car or to know what to do after an accident. You will find links to articles about auto insurance and also to recent issues of my quarterly client newsletters. I mail this to my clients, but it is also available on-line for you to read or print.
If you have been injured, don't talk to the insurance adjuster. Do not sign anything. Contact an attorney as soon as possible.
My practice is primarily limited to civil litigation and personal injury law, including auto accidents, slip and fall, defective products, nail gun injuries, mild or serious brain injury, wrongful death, and on-the-job injury. We will be happy to answer any questions you might have. Call, fax or send an email. There is no charge for consulations in personal injury cases, and most cases are taken on a contigent fee basis.

Click on the links button below and you will be taken to my Links page, from which you can go to various legal, consumer, fun and educational sites. You can use the back button on your browser to return to this page.
